Η γοητευτική ιστορία επτά γιγαντιαίων τρολ

Ο δανός καλλιτέχνης Τόμας Ντάμπο, χρησιμοποίησε παλιά ράφια, παλέτες και κλαδιά από νεκρά δέντρα για να φιλοτεχνήσει επτά γιγάντια τρολ μέσα στο δάσος, στην περιοχή De Shore, στο Βέλγιο.

Κάποια απ’ αυτά τα γιγαντιαία τρολ κάνουν δουλειές του σπιτιού, ενώ άλλα απλώς αναπαύονται.

Η εγκατάσταση σηματοδοτούσε το 15ο φεστιβάλ ηλεκτρονικής μουσικής Tomorrowland στην περιοχή. Πάνω από 200 εθελοντές βοήθησαν στη συλλογή των υλικών και μια ομάδα 15 ατόμων εργάστηκε επί 25 εβδομάδες για να δημιουργήσει τα ύψους 4

έως 18 μέτρων τρολ.

Μια φορά και έναν καιρό ήταν επτά γιγαντιαία τρολ

Επιπλέον, όπως αναφέρει το ΑΠΕ, ο Τόμας Ντάμπο έγραψε και ένα ραπ για να αφηγηθεί τη γοητευτική ιστορία των επτά γιγάντιων τρολ. Απ’ το δάσος, τα τρολ παρακολουθούσαν τα «μικρά ανθρωπάκια» και μεγάλωναν όλο και πιο πολύ οι ανησυχίες τους για το τι επιφύλασσε το μέλλον αν τα «ανθρωπάκια» τα άφηναν να κάνουν ό,τι ήθελαν. Τότε, τα τρολ αποφάσισαν να χτίσουν έναν πύργο μέσα στο δάσος και να προσκαλέσουν τα «μικρά ανθρωπάκια» ν’ ανεβούν εκεί για να μπορέσουν να δουν την αχανή ομορφιά της φύσης.

«Από παιδάκι λάτρευα ν’ ακούω διάφορα παραμύθια και λαϊκούς μύθους, κι ονειρευόμουν ότι ζούσα σε κόσμους μαγικούς, με δράκους και τρολ» εξήγησε ο Ντάμπο.

«Έφηβος, άρχισα να γράφω τις δικές μου ιστορίες ως ράπερ, να βγάζω δίσκους, να κάνω τουρνέ και να δημιουργώ ένα σύμπαν όπου θα μπορούσα να πως αυτές τις ιστορίες. Στο τελευταίο μου πρότζεκτ, συνδύασα όλα τα παραπάνω: ανακύκλωση, ραπ, φύση και γλυπτά».

Dear friends. Since I was a child I always loved to hear different fairytales and folklore stories, and dream my self away into magical worlds filled with dragons and trolls. As a teenager I started writing my own stories as a rapper, putting out records, touring and creating a universe, where I could tell these stories. In my latest project, I combined all of the above.
