H VW teasάρει το Amarok facelift

H Volkswagen έδωσε τις πρώτες teasers φωτογραφίες του ανανεωμένου Amarok. Το pickup που βρίσκεται στην αγορά 6 χρόνια, αποκτά νέους προφυλακτήρες, νέα φωτιστικά σώματα μπροστά και πίσω, νέα γρίλια και νέες ζάντες αλουμινίου.

Στο εσωτερικό υπάρχει νέο ταμπλό με μεγάλη οθόνη αφής, χρωμιομένα διακοσμητικά και νέο τιμόνι. Μηχανικά θα φορά τον 2.0-λιτρο turbodiesel κινητήρα απόδοσης 140

ίππων με 340 Nm ροπής και 180 άλογα με 420 Nm ροπής (400 Nm ροπής με το μηχανικό κιβώτιο). Ο κινητήρας συνδυάζεται με εξατάχυτο μηχανικό ή οκτατάχυτο αυτόματο κιβώτιο που στέλνουν την κίνηση είτε στους μπροστά είτε σε όλους τους τροχούς.

Comprehensively reworked ‘inner values’: updated interior designed to thrill

Hannover, 21 April 2016 – First sketches of the Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles design show where the journey is heading: the Volkswagen Amarok stands for premium performance in the pick-up B segment. A pick-up that drives as precisely as a passenger car and yet also has full off-road capability.

A more athletic front and a modified instrument panel emphasise the powerful Amarok look. They give the vehicle a more premium feel. With a length of 5.25 metres and a width of 2.23 metres (mirrors included), the Amarok fulfils all that is expected of a classic pick-up in both style and concept. The wheel rim sizes of the Amarok’s different equipment levels are considerably increased and strengthen the appearance of the power athlete.

Striking features of the design and of the new commercial vehicles instrument panel architecture include the stressing of horizontal lines, the clear division of the surface areas and the precision achieved in the folds and edges. New here is the way in which the the front section is divided. Rejecting round contours and concentrating on horizontal and vertical lines makes the front and interior appear more striking and pronounced. They make the Amarok more attractive as a pick-up and also appeal to customer groups that until now have shopped in the classic SUV segment.
