Infiniti QX80 by LARTE Design

Οι Ρώσοι δεν φημίζονται για την διακριτικότητα τους και το Infiniti QX80 by LARTE Design ήρθε να το επιβεβαιώσει.

Σε περίπτωση που η νέα ονοματολογία της Infiniti σε μπερδεύει, το QX80 είναι το πρώην QX56. Κάτω από το καπό βρίσκεται ένας V8 5.6 λίτρων που αποδίδει 400 άλογα. Η LARTE Design δεν πείραξε τον κινητήρα, περιορίστηκε στο bodykit. Αυτό, κατασκευάστηκε από την PU RIM.

Περιλαμβάνει

νέους προφυλακτήρες εμπρός και πίσω, δύο extra φώτα που λειτουργούν ως φώτα ημέρας, νέα γρίλια, νέες ζάντες ελαφρού κράματος και νέα εξάτμιση με 4 απολήξεις και ενσωματωμένες βαλβίδες ελέγχου. Περιττό να αναφέρω πως τα πάντα είναι μαύρα… Μόνο το χρώμιο σπάει λίγο τη μαυρίλα αλλά και πάλι, δεν υπάρχει πολύ απ’ αυτό.

Η LARTE Design δεν δημοσίευσε φωτογραφίες από το εσωτερικό αλλά αναφέρει πως η καμπίνα είναι εμπνευσμένη από τα πολυτελή σκάφη με ξύλινα «δάπεδα», δέρμα (φαντάζομαι μαύρου χρώματος) και alcantara.

When it comes down to demonstrating greatness and presence with the experience of far above-average comfort, then the elite Infiniti QX80 SUV is the perfect choice. The external length of round about 5.30 metres and a huge amount of modern engineering mean that even luxury saloons will experience great difficulty in keeping up. Thanks to the around ?400 HP (approx. 300 kW) strong V8, the QX80 has also thrown quite a bit of power into the balance to create a sporty feeling. LARTE Design therefore has taken the largest and most impressive Infiniti as the ideal vehicle to meet representation requirements that extend far beyond any run-of-the-mill standard.

LARTE Design is a Moscow-based car-tuning company, which creates looks that are both brave and consistent and which almost exclusively employs high-quality components and light-alloy rims sourced from the production of first-class suppliers. Only high-quality PU RIM, for example, has been used as the material for the QX80′s body kit with which the SUV discards its restrained elegance through the implementation of a new front design to finally reveal its true nature – after all, the owners should be proud to possess such a vehicle.

The standard radiator grille, which is rather more restrained, has, for instance, been replaced with a considerably more representative version that possesses matt-black struts. The cross lines are supplemented here with interleaved “Vs”: V for Victory! It looks as if the grille almost runs to the bottom edge of the front spoiler – an effect that is achieved with the help of specially designed panels and air intakes. LARTE has generally moved away from the round shapes on the bumpers and has intentionally chosen a more martial design with edges, corners, indicated spoilers and air intakes. Two pairs of round additional lamps, which assume the function of daytime running lights, have also been installed.

The many air intakes are in no way just for show – they deliver even better cooling to the V8 engine. And to acoustically emphasise engine power, LARTE also chose to install a sophisticated stainless-steel exhaust system that has been sourced from the production of a leading OEM manufacturer and that as a sign of its quality bears the laser-engraved company logo. The four pipes – each possessing a diameter of 101 millimetres – have been held in black chrome and arranged in two pairs on the left and right rear. An integrated valve control is also being prepared as a special highlight. In conjunction with the entirely newly designed LARTE apron in the style of the front bumper, the eye-catching exhaust system constitutes the dominating element of style: the new bumper is more square, three-dimensional and much more aggressive than Infiniti’s original.

Those who are able to call a QX80 their own may as well live it up, thought the car-tuning company. The matt-black light-alloy wheels with their angular spokes perfectly match the ensemble. The large spaces in between that show off the brake system make the rims appear light and sporty in spite of their presence – just the way it should be for a speedy flagship. And the interior? Here, LARTE has employed elements of style that have been taken from boat-building and has fitted the foot spaces and the luggage compartment with high-quality teak flooring. The car-tuning company has also used the same material for the door-sill protectors that are encased in the frame that is made of brushed metal. And because the tactile contact to a car is established through the steering wheel, LARTE has chosen an exclusive air-bag version that comes in a material mix of smooth black leather and brown Alcantara.
