Carlsson has re-interpreted the sporty AMG Sports Package version of the new C-Class saloon (W205) with a stunning conversion that consists of an aerodynamic styling package backed up by adjustable sports suspension, alloy wheels in classic Carlsson designs, and a myriad of bespoke interior trim possibilities. Performance improvements for all the engine variants are under development.

With its large air intakes and angular headlamp contours, the AMG Sports Package version of the new C-Class looks sporty and confident. Carlsson’s designers have further enhanced the looks of the car with their own distinctive styling signature.

The priority was to extend the original theme harmoniously, and the new Carlsson spoiler lip replaces the separate air-splitter of the AMG front apron with an integrated colour-coded spoiler lip with similar aerodynamic properties.

At the rear, an elegantly shaped spoiler sits on the edge of the bootlid, its ends cantilevering over the taillights. This integrates perfectly into the cars lines from all angles.

The underbody air diffuser can either be colour-coded or painted in a contrasting colour. Each side of the diffuser features a cutout that frames a pair of Carlsson’s signature exhaust tailpipes. All these elements combine to give the car its powerful looking business end.

The Carlsson engineers have developed two levels of suspension upgrades to satisfy drivers after more sporting looks and better handling. The basic option is a set of four Carlsson sports springs that work with the standard dampers. These lower the ride height by 30mm for a sportier look and improved handling.

The second option is a height adjustable coil-over suspension kit aimed at the hard-core driver who might do track days, and values the ability to adjust ride height as well as bounce and rebound control.

Carlsson’s motto, “The best in a different way!” is never truer than when choosing one of the elegant and sporting Carlsson alloy wheel designs for the new C-Class.

The Carlsson 1/10 wheel is available in both Brilliant and Titanium Editions in 18, 19 and 20-inch diameter, while the 1/10 Graphite Edition can be ordered in 19 and 20 inch sizes. The alternative 1/16 RS design comes in Diamond and Titanium Editions, with the choice of 18, 19 and 20-inch sizes.

A bespoke interior may be chosen from standard Carlsson Signature Line samples or colour-keyed to a favourite shirt or handbag. The choice is yours, and Carlsson will accommodate your wishes from a wide range of colours and textures of the finest leather and Alcantara trim. And if it is not in stock, it can be specially made. A popular request is for leather to be embossed or imprinted with either the Carlsson logo or a family crest. The same goes for the door, dashboard and centre console inserts, which can be chosen from a variety of wood or carbon-fibre finishes.

Standard Carlsson cabin detailing includes polished aluminium scuff plates with an illuminated Carlsson logo for driver and aluminium door lock pins, pedal set and footrest, all with the Carlsson logo.

The four-piece floor mat set from soft black velour features front mats carrying the Carlsson logo in white stitching. Additionally, an exclusive, illuminated floor mats set made of soft velour is offered. The Carlsson logo is illuminated in stylish white on the front mats.
