Yamaha Motiv.e με σχεδιαστή τον Gordon Murray

Ο σχεδιαστής-θρύλος, Gordon Murray, ο άνθρωπος που σχεδίασε την McLaren F1, μετά τα T.25 και T.27, σχεδίασε και το Yamaha Motiv, ένα πρωτότυπο αυτοκίνητο πόλης που παρουσίασε σήμερα η Yamaha.

Το Motiv έχει 2,69 μέτρα μήκος, ζυγίζει 730 κιλά και το εξωτερικό του είναι κατασκευασμένο από πλαστικό, ένα υλικό το οποίο σύμφωνα με τον Murray,

συμπεριφέρεται καλύτερα από τον χάλυβα και του αλουμίνιο σε περίπτωση ατυχήματος.

Το διθέσιο Motiv, σύμφωνα με το ισχύον χρονοδιάγραμμα, θα βγει στην ευρωπαϊκή αγορά το 2016 σε δύο παραλλαγές, ως πλήρως ηλεκτρικό όχημα με τον ηλεκτροκινητήρα του να αποδίδει 34 άλογα με 896 Nm ροπής, επιτρέποντας το μοντέλο να έχει τελική ταχύτητα 105 χλμ/ώρα, και με έναν τρικύλινδρο βενζινοκινητήρα απόδοσης 70-80 ίππων.

Με τον ηλεκτροκινητήρα τα 0-100 χλμ/ώρα τα κάνει σε λιγότερο από 15 δευτερόλεπτα, έχει αυτονομία 160 χλμ, με τις 8,8 kWh μπαταρίες του να φορτίζουν μέσω ταχυφορτιστή σε 1 ώρα και μέσω απλής οικιακής πρίζας σε 3 ώρες.

The MOTIV.e design reflects Yamaha’s rich heritage in high quality lifestyle products while introducing a technical and dynamic shape which is inspired by Yamaha Motor’s Motorcycle products.
