Η Suzuki έχει φέρει στην Φρανκφούρτη και την ανανεωμένη έκδοση του Swift. Το αυτοκίνητο απέκτησε νέο μπροστά προφυλακτήρα, νέα γρίλια, LED φώτα ημέρας (στην έκδοση εξοπλισμού SZ4), νέους πλαϊνούς καθρέπτες με φλας, βαμμένους στο χρώμα του αμαξώματος και νέες ζάντες. Στο εσωτερικό οι αλλαγές περιορίζονται στους νέους χρωματικούς συνδυασμούς των υφασμάτων των

καθισμάτων.

Κάτω από το καπό συναντάμε τον 1.200αρη βενζινοκινητήρα απόδοσης 94 ίππων με 118 Nm ροπής με τα 0-100 χλμ/ώρα να τα κάνει σε 12,3 δευτερόλεπτα με το μηχανικό κιβώτιο (13,5 δευτερόλεπτα με το 4-τάχυτο αυτόματο) έχοντας τελική ταχύτητα 165 χλμ/ώρα.

Επίσης υπάρχει και ένας 1.300αρης DdiS πετρελαιοκινητήρας απόδοσης 75 ίππων με 190 Nm ροπής, με τα 0-100 χλμ/ώρα να τα κάνει σε 12,7 δευτερόλεπτα, με την τελική του ταχύτητα να φτάνει τα 165 χλμ/ώρα.

THE 2013 MODEL UPDATE SWIFT – SUZUKI’S COMPACT SUPERMINI

The Swift is one of Suzuki’s world strategic models and makes strong statements in styling, impact safety, driving performance, handling as well as offering low fuel consumption and low emissions.

Launched in the UK in late 2010, the Swift range now receives some cosmetic upgrades and specification changes as well as the introduction of two extra models as part of the model update. They are the 4×4 Five door 1.2-litre and the Five door 1.6-litre Sport – both offered with manual transmission only.

UK Specification Summary

For the range model update, all Swift models receive some minor styling refreshments including a new design front bumper and grille and silver detailing to the lower front bumper. For added safety and style, a new LED type high level brake lamp has been added.

The interior design has a dynamic feel, with new design seat fabric featuring black as its keynote colour with lined accents of blue and grey.

The three clearly defined grades continue for the revised model; SZ2, SZ3 and SZ4. As standard equipment and in addition to seven airbags and ESP, SZ2 has front passenger airbag deactivation facility, electric front windows, remote central door locking with deadlocks, electrically adjustable and heated door mirrors, MP3 / WMA compatible CD tuner with USB port and steering wheel mounted audio controls. New design 15-inch wheel covers are now included.

SZ3 adds air conditioning, Bluetooth connectivity, integrated audio unit with music streaming facility, new design 16 inch alloy wheels and is now equipped with front fog lamps as standard. SZ4 includes LED daytime running lights as well as power folding mirrors with integrated turn indicators and ‘auto up’ facility for the driver’s window.

Further standard specification for SZ4 includes automatic air conditioning, electric rear windows and rear privacy glass (Five door models), push button keyless start, Automatic headlamps and cruise control as standard.

The 1.3-litre DDiSmodel Five door is now available in SZ4 trim and replaces the previous SZ3. It now offers even lower CO2 emissions of 101g/km (down from 109g/km) and seven per cent improved combined fuel consumption of 72.4mpg.

A new optional metallic colour has been introduced which is Boost Blue metallic and there are a total of seven colours in the range – five metallic* and two solid – which are:
