Τη νέα Superb παρουσιάζει στη Γενεύη η Skoda. Το αυτοκίνητο έχει πουλήσει πάνω από 700.000 μονάδες από το 2001 που πρωτοκυκλοφόρησε, με τη τρίτη γενιά της Superb, να περιγράφεται από την τσέχικη εταιρία ως “το καλύτερο Skoda στην ιστορία της”. Βασίζεται στην MQB πλατφόρμα του VW Group και υπόσχεται

να φέρει ποιότητα και τεχνολογία που μέχρι τώρα ανήκαν σε μεγαλύτερες κατηγορίες.

Είναι μακρύτερο κατά 28 χλστ., πλατύτερο κατά 47 χλστ. και ψηλότερο κατά 6 χλστ. από το μοντέλο που αντικαθιστά, ενώ το μεταξόνιο του έχει μεγαλώσει κατά 80 χλστ, φτάνοντας τα 2.841 χλστ. Ταυτόχρονα και παρά την αύξηση του όγκου του είναι και κατά περίπου 75 κιλά ελαφρύτερο. Ο χώρος αποσκευών του θα φτάνει τα 625 λίτρα (+30 από τη προηγούμενη γενιά, +39 από το Passat και +89 από το Mondeo), ενώ όταν αναδιπλωθούν οι πλάτες των πίσω καθισμάτων σε αναλογία 60/40 αυτός θα ανέρχεται στα 1.760 λίτρα.

Στο εσωτερικό ξεχωρίζει το τριάκτινο τιμόνι, τα μαύρα γυαλιστερά διακοσμητικά, η μεγάλη 8″ οθόνη αφής του συστήματος ενημέρωσης και ψυχαγωγίας, το οποίο ενσωματώνει την υποστήριξη του Apple CarPlay και του Android Auto. Διαθέτει δερμάτινες επενδύσεις, χρωμιομένα διακοσμητικά, DSG κιβώτιο ταχυτήτων, σύστημα start/stop και ηλεκτρικό χειρόφρενο, τριζωνικό κλιματισμό, ηλεκτρική ανακλινόμενη πανοραμική οροφή, κάμερα οπισθοπορείας και Wi-Fi hotspot. Τέλος, σε κάθε μια από τις εμπρός θύρες βρίσκεται θήκη για ομπρέλα, με την πόρτα του χώρου αποσκευών να χειρίζεται ηλεκτρικά. Διαθέτει επίσης το σύστημα Dynamic Chassis Control (DCC) με Driving Mode Select.

Όσον αφορά στους κινητήρες της όλοι πληρούν τις προδιαγραφές Euro6, με την γκάμα να περιλαμβάνει τον 1400άρη με 125 και 150 άλογα, τον 1800άρη TSI με 180 άλογα και τον 2.0-λιτρο TSI με 220 και 280 άλογα. Από πλευράς πετρελαιοκινητήρων, το νέο Skoda Superb θα προσφέρεται με έναν 1600άρη Greenline με 120 ίππους, εκπομπές CO2 95 γρ/χλμ και μέση κατανάλωση 3,7 λίτρων/100 χλμ και με τον 2.0-λιτρο TDI με 150 και 190 ίππους απόδοση. Οι κινητήρες συνδυάζονται με μηχανικά και αυτόματα DSG κιβώτια ταχυτήτων, με την τετρακίνητη έκδοση να φορά το σύστημα τετρακίνησης Haldex 5.

Υπάρχει και η φήμη της plug-in υβριδικής έκδοσης, στην οποία ο 1400άρης TSI θα συνδυάζεται με ηλεκτροκινητήρα για συνδυαστική απόδοση 211 ίππων με την κατανάλωση να κυμαίνεται στα 2 λίτρα ανά 100 χιλιόμετρα. Τέλος θα υπάρχει και σπορ έκδοση που δεν θα φορέσει τα σήματα vRS. Η πορεία του στην αγορά θα ξεκινήσει από τον ερχόμενο Ιούνιο με τις τιμές της να ανακοινώνονται λίγο πριν το λανσάρισμα και να μην αναμένεται να αυξηθούν σημαντικά σε σύγκριση με το προηγούμενο μοντέλο.

Two weeks after its world premiere in Prague, the new ŠKODA flagship inspired with an emotionally rich appearance. With the new ŠKODA Superb, the Czech manufacturer is creating the current highlight in the largest model campaign of the company’s 120-year history. The market launch will be in June this year.

For the first time in a ŠKODA, adaptive suspension has been used to offer a driving experience ranging from sporty to particularly comfortable. With the new Superb, ŠKODA is continuing the largest model campaign of its 120-year company history at full force. Over the coming years, the Czech manufacturer intends to increase global sales to at least 1.5 million vehicles each year. In 2014, ŠKODA achieved record sales: with 1.04 million vehicles, the manufacturer delivered more than 1 million ŠKODAs to customers in a single calendar year for the first time.
