Η Μπλε Οβάλ κατάφερε να παραδώσει 1.020.410 μονάδες του Focus για το 2012, κυρίως εξαιτίας της σημαντικής αύξησης της αγοράς στις Ηνωμένες Πολιτείες και την Κίνα. Οι πωλήσεις

στις ΗΠΑ αυξήθηκαν κατά 40% σε σχέση με το προηγούμενο έτος, ενώ στην Κίνα οι παραδόσεις αυξήθηκαν κατά 51%. Επιπλέον, το Ford Fiesta ήταν το best-seller στη κατηγορία του στον κόσμο καθώς παραδόθηκαν 723.130 μονάδες.

Το άθροισμα αυτών των δυο ανέρχεται σε 1.743.540, με την Ford να πούλησε και 785.630 F-Series φορτηγάκια, το οποίο το καθιστά το τρίτο καλύτερο σε πωλήσεις αυτοκινήτων στον κόσμο για το περασμένο έτος.
