Internal Auditor- RR7A824

We are seeking a skilled Internal Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and providing assurance that the organization's risk management, governance, and internal controls are operating effectively, as well as ensuring adherence to policies, laws, and regulations.

Responsibilities:

Develop

and implement a yearly audit planOrganize and conduct operational and financial audits in coordination with the different departments as per the annual audit planOrganize and conduct ITGC audits in coordination with the digital and technical departments as per the annual audit planRecommend improvements to streamline operations and enhance performanceEnsure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and policiesMonitor compliance with industry standards and ethical guidelinesPrepare detailed reports on audit findings and provide recommendations for corrective actionsMonitor the implementation of audit recommendationsConduct follow-up audits to ensure that issues have been resolvedConduct fraud detection analysis, or whistleblowing investigationsCoordinate the departments governing the annual external audits (ITGC, ISO) and the collection of the necessary evidencePrepare and present monthly and/or quarterly reports as agreed with the direct managerProvide awareness training and information to colleagues on the Audit and Risk FrameworksAny other related duties that will be assigned from time to time by the direct manager

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of work experience in a related fieldProfessional certification such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Chartered Accountant (CCA), or equivalent is preferredCertified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) will be considered an advantageCertified Fraud Examiner (CFE) will be considered an advantageDemonstrates dedication to the organization’s goalsManaging accountabilityAnalytical thinking and problem-solvingGenerates creative solutions to improve processes and outcomesTeamwork and cooperationCommunication and interpersonal skillsManages time efficiently to meet deadlinesGood interpersonal skills, ability to listen and observeUpholds the highest ethical standards in all actions
