1. Technical Support Engineer (Nicosia, Cyprus)

3CX, a global leader and major player in the telecommunications sector and the company behind the award winning 3CX Phone System for Windows, is seeking a successful Technical Support Engineer for our office in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Due to strong continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Technical Support Engineer to join the 3CX team and play an important role in the company’s continuing expansion plans.

The successful candidate will possess:

A keen knowledge of networks and their infrastructureRouter and firewall configuration experienceWindows Desktop and Server Operating Systems knowledgeKnowledge and passion for IT and technologyExcellent customer service skillsAn understanding of VoIP and telecommunications technologyAn excellent command of English, both verbal and written communication skillsThe ability to work as part of a team.

Due to strong continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced English-speaking IT Sales Executive to join the channel sales team to play an important role in the company’s continuing expansion plans.

The successful candidate will possess:

Experience within a telephone based sales role.Knowledge and passion for IT and technology.Ideally an understanding of VoIP and telecommunications technology.Proven track record against sales targets and KPI’s.Excellent command of English, both verbal and written communication skills.Good command of Dutch will be considered an advantage.

Within the role, you will be working as part of an internal sales team and will be tasked to:

Manage existing business partner relationships.Grow the existing business partner channel.Work towards measurable sales targets.Maintain regular contact with the partner channel.

Can you create and deliver professional press releases and case studies? 3CX is looking for a PR Executive who will spearhead the company’s public relations. This job involves working as part of the Marketing Team, writing press releases, case studies, whitepapers, and blog posts. The successful candidate will also build relationships with key technology editors, build media distribution lists, track the success of the news distributed by 3CX, and assist with online marketing and social media tasks.

Skills Required:
