1. Accountant (509/HRS)

Limassol

The company
An international company operating in the oil and gas industry with an office in Limassol

Responsibilities
This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated individual who seeks a position in a dynamic,

international environment. Main responsibilities include:
• Ensure the smooth operation of the accounting department
• Ensure that all financial information is recorded in a complete, accurate and timely manner
• Process accounting records in accordance with statutory requirements and IFRS and prepare monthly accounting reports and year–end accounts
• Monitor the adherence to the company’s policies and procedures that relate to the accounting department
• Preparation and monitoring of annual budgets
• Handle tax and VAT issues
• Liaise with tax advisors, auditors and other associates

Profile
• Member to a Professional Accounting Body (ACA/ ACCA/ CPA) is a must
• At least 3-4 years post qualification of relevant experience and/or experience in a big audit/accounting firm
• Solid working exposure with IFRS’s, management accounting and tax issues
• Solid analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated with strong communication skills
• Dynamic, hands on and results driven
• High levels of energy, drive, commitment and self-motivation
• Structure thinking and capable to work under pressure
• Computer literate (MS Office, including knowledge of computerised accounting packages)
• Excellent command of the English and Greek languages

This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated young individual who seeks a position in a dynamic, international environment. Main responsibilities include:
• Assist in contract drafting, review and monitoring
• Compose legal correspondence/documentation
• Provide legal advice to management
• Liaise with external legal advisors

Profile
• University degree in Law. Holding a LLM will be considered a plus
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience, ideally in a big law firm
• Experience in drafting legal corporate documents
• Solid analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• Advance level of proficiency with MS Office application
• Excellent command of the English and Greek languages
