Review

relevant legal documents necessary for the establishment of individual, joint or corporate bank accounts;

Review and verify corporate documents of legal entities and ensure compliance with the relevant laws in Cyprus;

Assume the responsibility of reviewing legal documents which include, inter alia, the following:
(i)Memorandum and Articles of association;
(ii)Certificate of Registration;
(iii)Certificate of Shareholders;
(iv)Certificate of Directors and Secretary;
(v)Certificate of Registered Address;
(vi)Any other certificate and/or legal documents in accordance with the jurisdiction that the company has been established;

The successful candidate shall be responsible for updating the legal files of the Bank’s customers and ensure that all relevant documentation have been included within the legal file and the Bank’s records.Number of persons required:1Qualifications required:Holder of L.L.B. Decree preferably from a U.K. institution;

Excellent command of the English language;

Knowledge of French and/or Arabic will be considerate as an advantage;Other requirements:The ideal candidate must possess practical knowledge of the Cyprus Companies Law, general corporate law and be acquitted with the relevant procedures applied to Cyprus companies through the Cyprus Registrar of Companies and Official Receiver.
