leader and major player in the telecommunications sector and the company behind the award winning 3CX Phone System for Windows, is seeking an Office Administrator/Bookkeeper for our head office in Nicosia to join the finance team and to provide financial and administrative support in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative reporting.

Main Responsibilities include:

- Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted company’s policies and procedures

- Posting of accounting entries in the accounting software

- Assist in the preparation of various tax return

- Processing income and outwards payments

- General office and administration duties

- Assistance with HR issues

Required:

- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)

- Ability and willingness to learn is a must

- Good multitasking and organizational skills

- Computer literacy is expected

- LCCI higher (or relevant qualification) is a plus

- Knowledge of Sage Line 50 is a plus

Other:

This is an entry position in a great company in which there will be a lot of room for self-improvement. It should be noted that immediate availability is required.
