Customer Service Representative

We are looking for experienced customer service candidates with extensive call center experience.

Requirements:
• Be interested in people, and be a good communicator both verbally and in writing (fully fluent in Greek and English),
• Be persuasive and persistent, with the sensitivity to deal fairly with people in often difficult situations,
• Be able to stay calm under pressure, and be adoptable in sometimes tricky situations,
• Have strong negotiation skills and the ability to explain financial matters firmly and clearly,
• Have office administration or IT skills,
• Have a clean criminal record,
• Limassol Based
