Requirements:

University Degree
in Business Administration, Economics, Communications or similarInsurance
qualification will be considered an advantageMinimum 3 years of

2. 24hrs Assistance Controller (Limassol)

a flat tyre, dead battery, a problem at home or a health emergency.

As a 24hrs Assistance Controller, you will:

Assistance ServicesCoordinate the
Task Force Team and Network Approved AssociatesReceive coaching
and feedback to help you further develop your skills

Requirements:

School Leaving
Certificate. Degree
in Mechanical Engineering or related field will be considered an advantageEnergetic and
enthusiasticGreek and English
(speaking, reading, writing)Ability to

5. Task Force Assistant (Limassol)

This is not a desk job!

Task Force Team members are the primary ambassadors of Gan Direct’s renowned customer service. They deliver on our promise to “be there”
when customers need us most after an accident, a breakdown, a property incident or emergency or even deliver a policy in customers’ doorstep.

As a Task Force Assistant, you will:

Attend the scene of the accident, complete and
record of all necessary information related to the accident.Responsible for assisting our customer at the
scene i.e. injuries might need to be followed at the hospital, the vehicle shall
be moved or transported to a garageVisit the scene of a Property Claim and complete
all necessary documentsDeliver Policies and provide customers with branded
customer service on the spotOffer Breakdown and Road Side Assistance Condition Report for both Vehicles &
PropertiesPerform outbound Campaigns as may be requiredReceive coaching and feedback to help you
further develop your skills

Requirements:

School Leaving Certificate. Degree or practical
experience proven in Mechanical related
field will be considered an advantageMotor
Cycle Driving License (at least 125cc)Energetic and enthusiasticGreek and English (speaking, reading, writing)Ability to work under pressureTelephone etiquette and good interpersonal
skillsComputer literacy (MS Office: Word, Excel and Power Point)
