The ideal candidate will have the following Job duties:

Opening accounts procedure
Gathering of all requested documents and identifications
Preparing KYC and related procedures
Online compliance check-up
Active communication with clients and affiliates
Alerting relationship manager on missing/pending documents
Executing monetary transactions including deposits and withdrawals
Authorizing withdrawals
Proper reporting for Bonus/Rebates;
Preparing various reports
Preparing daily reports
Management of E-wallets
Assisting Compliance Manager and Managing DirectorNumber of persons required:1Qualifications required:University Diploma/Degree in Business or Finance
1 – 2 years minimum experience as back office head
Fluency in English (verbal and written)
Knowledge of other languages will be considered an advantageOther requirements:Trustworthy and reliable
A meticulous, organized and committed person
Good communication skills
A good team player
Knowledge of MT4 and MT5 considered an advantage

Holder of certificate(s) of professional competency issued by the Ministry of Finance (reception and transmission of client orders & Execution of Orders)
