Roadside Services provider ODYKY is currently seeking to recruit enthusiastic individuals to fill open positions in a busy Call Center environment.

Due to intercompany upgrades we are looking forward to recruit customer care agents for our busy call centre (Limassol). The positions include:

- Ful filling Customer needs according to procedure

and service policy.

- Data input into Windows and Web based Applications.

- Liaising with customers and associates on a constructive basis.

Interested Applicants:

- Must be flexible to work under shift schedule, which includes all 24 hours of a day.

- Greek and English languages (fluent) are essential, additional languages will be considered as advantage.

- Must be able to work in a real time service environment handling serious cases with diligence.

- The ability to work under pressure is an essential element.

- Team playing skills are a vital element.

- Must be eager to show passion and thoroughness on duties.

- Must be Corporate literate.

- Must be Computer literate.

The successful candidates are those who meet all the above elements together with an extreme appetite to work with a fast growing team.

Comprehensive training will be offered to candidates who meet the 80% of the selection criteria as a final step of the recruitment process.
