Καθήκοντα:
Work as a call center operator for PrimeTel’s Directory Enquires (11800) team
Provide callers with customer service over the phone by giving out phone numbers

and transferring calls
Responsible to answer high volume of incoming calls
Use computerized alphabetical or geographical directories
Use of all necessary software applications to support customers’ requests
Demonstrate high standards of customer service
Προσόντα:
Educated to a degree level
Ability to work flexible hours and round the clock
Previous experience in a service environment will be consider as an advantage
Highly effective telephone voice and interpersonal skills
Computer skills are a must
Capable of working under pressure
Excellent command of the spoken/written English language
