job starting from 1st of April until the end of season November 2014. The person who will be given the job will be responsible on checking in and checking out the guests of the hotel, giving information to the guests about anything they would like to know about the hotel and also other areas like arranging trips, hiring car, transportation from to the airport etc. Also the receptionist will be responsible of any reservations taken from the different tour operators the hotel is working with and also all individual reservations throughout the season. They will need to be familiar with the rates of the hotel rooms and the description of the rooms in order to give sufficient and correct information to any potential client.Number of persons required:1Qualifications required:Previous experience to the field will be considered as a bonus.
Fluent in greek and english language. Any other language like russian, german or italian will be considered as a bonus.
Computer knowledge essential.
