Education Ministry hires 2,358 teachers for primary and secondary schools, including special ed

A total of 2,538 teachers in primary and secondary schools, including special education teachers, were hired by the Ministry of Education, Religion and Sports following the conclusion of the application process, it was announced on Wednesday.

Specifically, 816 special education teachers will be hired in both primary and secondary schools. In addition, 1,722 general curriculum teachers will be posted at secondary schools. Of these, 102 will be posted at music schools.

According to a statement by the Education Ministry, appointees will be informed of the dates they are expected to be sworn in and to assume their duties.
