Odyssey Charter School (OCS) (www.odysseycharterschooldel.org)is seeking a forward-looking, energetic, and successful leader committed to providing a high quality education in a unique setting. This is an outstanding opportunity for an aspiring

or seasoned educational administrator.

HEADMASTER’S RESPONSIBILITIES
The Headmaster is the chief educational administrative officer of OCS, appointed by and acting in accordance with the policies and procedures set by the OCS Board of Directors. S/he has overall responsibility for fulfillment of the OCS’s Mission through the planning and day-to-day administration of the educational program and student experience and for the school’s budget, admissions, communications, external relations, operations,zxc faculty/staff recruitment, evaluation, management, and professional development. The Headmaster will work closely with the OCS Board of Directors to plan the development and relocation of the school as a fully functioning K-12 institution (as approved by the most recent charter) and to foster positive relationships with important educational, government, and corporate entities.
