Former Korydallos Prison director faces disciplinary charges over Xeros escape

The former director of the Greek capital's Korydallos Prison was ordered by Justice Minister Haralambos Athanasiou on Tuesday to face a disciplinary council over the escape of convicted terrorist Christodoulos Xeros in early January, who absconded while on leave from the prison, where he is serving multiple life sentences for murder and other acts of terrorism committed while he was a member of November 17.
