Ήρθε η ώρα να φτιάξεις ένα γλυκό πρωτότυπο. Γι΄αυτό σου προτείνουμε να φτιάξεις ένα υπέροχο cheesecake με μπανάνα και καρύδα είναι λίγο πιο διαφορετικό αλλά συχνά το έχουμε δει να φτιάχνεται με διάφορους τρόπους. Σίγουρα θα ναι πολύ νόστιμο και θα το διαπιστώσεις κι εσύ όταν το δοκιμάσεις.

INGREDIENTS:⠀ 1 cup chocolate cookies⠀ ⅔ cup butter (16 tablespoons)⠀ 7 ounces dulce de leche⠀ ⅓ cup sugar⠀ ½ cup cream⠀ ⅓ cup grated coconut⠀ 2 bananas⠀ 1 tablespoon gelatin⠀ 3-4 tablespoons water⠀ 12 ounces Cream cheese⠀ 1 ¾ cup dulce de leche⠀ 1 banana⠀ STEPS:⠀ Process the cookies with the melted butter.⠀ Form the base on a mold or ring.⠀ For the filling: In a bowl, beat the cream cheese with Dulce de leche, the sugar, the cream and the grated coconut.⠀ Then add the crushed bananas and the gelatin while stirring constantly.⠀ Pour the mixture onto the base and refrigerate.⠀ Freeze for 2 hours and refrigerate for 5.⠀ #coconut #banana #cheesecake #dulcedeleche
