Yesterday someone told me my body looks 12 (swipe). As a person in this job, I try to just ignore these things and move on from them, but sometimes I think it garners a post to say it's NEVER okay to comment on someone else's body. The comment was ironic for me to read, because little did the commenter know the biggest thing I was insecure of growing up until … maybe a year or two ago (thanks @noelledowning) were my hips. I always knew how to stand in photos to hide them, but in real life I'm a person with hips, and over time I've grown to love that about myself! BUT this is just proof that you never know what a persons insecurities are, what they are going through, or even the internal battle they're going through with themself. The pressure to be a certain way has to end. We're all different, we're all beautiful, and we're all going through our own things.

Totally PUMPed on my first pumpkin spice latte of the season! yes i got it iced because yes it's still in the 70s, but I soaked in every sip & even wore a pumpkin mask to match. The silver lining to 2020 is feeling closer than ever to those who have lived it alongside me like @noelledowning – there's so much life that I once felt I was "missing out on" like traveling or trying new coffee shops, introducing my baby to everyone, even taking time off postpartum, but I've realized that when we lose some things we gain others. We've all lost so much, most of all time we'll never get back, but I look at my closest friends and just feel so much more thankful that they're there. Love these wine nights and small moments and will remember them always.
