TUTORIAL: Want to know the secret to a killer ponytail down-to-there? TWO ponytails. Swipe to see what I’m talking about and then either tap the link in my bio or screenshot the first image and open @liketoknow.it for the product/tool must-haves. I’ll break it down for you below. And before you ask, yes, this is all my real hair. No extensions, just some tricks you can learn, too. • First pull about 2/3 of your hair into a ponytail at the crown of your head. Pull it to the top of your head and clip it out of the way. • Pull the rest of your hair into a smaller ponytail about an inch below the first one. • Starting with the lower ponytail, work in sections and sprinkle texturizing powder (I use @kristin_ess) at the base then backcomb with a teasing brush. • When you finish with the bottom ponytail repeat the same process on the top ponytail. • Spray some texturizing spray (I use @igkhair) through the ends for added volume and texture. • Optional but suggested: finish with a scarf.
