Crocus-based dish gets rave reviews at Italian culinary event

One high-end Greek agricultural product that is usually bundled together when pointing to a more sustainable future for the local farm sector, namely, crocus, a genus of flowering plants in the iris family, made its debut recently at one of Italy’s best-known restaurants, on the 20th floor of the Faro Tower in Milan.
