Έκθεση Φρανκφούρτης 2013: TechArt GrandGT και τα άλλα βελτιωμένα της

Η TechArt δεν θα μπορούσε να λείπει από την έκθεση της Φρανκφούρτης και ένα από τα μοντέλα που έκλεψαν την παράσταση ήταν η GrandGT. Το μοντέλο είναι βασισμένο στην Porsche Panamera Turbo και έχει αρκετές βελτιώσεις σε σύγκριση με το παρελθόν.

Πρώτα απ’ όλα, το GrandGT αεροδυναμικό πακέτο, αποτελείται από τον εμπρός προφυλακτήρα με splitter και μεγαλύτερες εισαγωγές αέρα. Ο προφυλακτήρας ενσωματώνει επίσης και τα TechArt Multifunctional Daytime Running

Light System που συνδυάζει φώτα ημέρας, φώτα πλοήγησης και φωτισμό παρκαρίσματος σε ένα και μόνο σύστημα. Συνεχίζοντας με το αεροδυναμικό πακέτο, το καπό είναι carbon fiber και διαθέτει εισαγωγές για να κατευθύνει αέρα στο μηχανοστάσιο ενώ στα πλάγια, τόσο τα side skirts όσο και οι επεκτάσεις των θόλων που κάνουν την GrandGT 42mm πλατύτερη εμπρός και 84mm πλατύτερη πίσω, είναι καινούρια. Στο πίσω μέρος, βρίσκουμε αεροτομές τόσο στην οροφή όσο και στο τελείωμα της πόρτας ενώ και ο προφυλακτήρας με τις διπλές απολήξεις της εξάτμισης είναι νέος.

Μηχανικά, η TechArt φυσικά και προσφέρει το δικό της Power Kit που αυξάνει την ιπποδύναμη στα 580 άτια μέσω βελτιώσεων στην ECU της Panamera.

Στο περίπτερο του Γερμανικού Βελτιωτικού οίκου υπάρχει μια βελτιωμένη 911 και μια κόκκινη Magnum, ή αλλιώς μια βελτιωμένη Cayenne, η οποία απευθύνεται για την κινέζικη αγορά.

-World Premiere TECHART GrandGT for the new Porsche Panamera models-

Leonberg, September 2013 – TECHART Automobildesign presents its interpretation of the new Porsche Panamera models from September 12 to 22 2013 at 65th Frankfurt International Motor Show for the first time ever. The TECHART GrandGT based on Porsche Panamera Turbo extracts the purest TECHART DNA from Porsche’s premium limousine. TECHART Carbon Interior Kits in new copper-colour aligns to the black leather interior with white decorative stitching. The high gloss black TECHART 22-inch Formula III forged wheels, covering the brake calipers in copper-colour, do complete the interplay of colours of the white TECHART GrandGT.

Design.

The TECHART Aerodynamic Kit for the new Porsche Panamera models fulfils requirements for three core elements: stability, aerodynamics and design. The exterior package, made from a lightweight fibre composite of carbon and polyurethane RIM, is distinguished by product features that are predominantly for use in motor sports where they can express their high levels of load-bearing capacity and dimensional stability with a low tare weight.

The TECHART Front Apron with integrated splitter and large ventilation intakes guarantees an even and improved air flow to the intercoolers and brakes. The TECHART Multifunctional Daytime Running Light System combines daytime running lights, navigations lights, parking lights and indicators as an LED system unit in one casing. The carbon fibre TECHART Aero Engine Hood with additional air outlets improves the heat balance in the engine compartment and supplies the 4.8 l V8 Bi-Turbo engine with sufficient oxygen to breath. TECHART Side Skirts and wheel arch extensions give the new TECHART GrandGT a total of 42 mm at front and 84 mm at rear over the series model, thus generating a wider track and enhanced driving dynamics. TECHART Headlamp Trims and TECHART Trim Slats for side air outlets represent elegant design elements. The TECHART Rear Spoiler III and the TECHART Roof Spoiler ensure reduced lift on the rear axis and increased running stability and safety, especially at high speeds. The TECHART Rear Apron with air vents and diffuser complete the aerodynamic kit TECHART GrandGT for the new Porsche Panamera models.

The TECHART Exhaust System Sport with dual oval tube TECHART Sport tailpipes in stainless steel represents not only a visual, but also an acoustic statement. The customer can order the TECHART Exhaust System with integrated valve-control, too – for a noticeable increase in sportiness.

TECHART Design continues in the original TECHART Wheel Program for Porsche Panamera models. Besides attractive standard colour variations, all wheels can be individually customized to suit the vehicle in question. For the Porsche Panamera models the TECHART Formula light-alloy wheel in 20- and 21-inch, the TECHART Formula II light-alloy wheel in 22-inch, the TECHART Formula II GTR light-alloy wheel in bi-colour finish in 20- to 22-inch, and the TECHART Formula III forged wheel in 21- and 22-inch is available.

Also planned for the Porsche Panamera models is the new TECHART Formula IV light-alloy wheel in 5-twin-spoke design in 22-inch.

Performance.

TECHART Automobildesign currently develops a Power Kit for the new Porsche Panamera Turbo. It is based on the intelligent TECHART engine management system TECHTRONIC and will increase the overall power output of the new Porsche Panamera Turbo to expected 580 hp.

Interior.

The TECHART in-house saddlery aligns decorative stitching, painted trims and panels as well as surfaces precisely to the TECHART Leather Interior of the new TECHART GrandGT based on Porsche Panamera Turbo. In-house produced TECHART Carbon Interior Kits in new attractive colours fit seamlessly into the interior by incorporating exterior design highlights of the vehicle. The ergonomically shaped TECHART 3-spokes Multifunctional Sports Steering Wheel with TECHART Paddle Shifters offers various design possibilities in regards to colours or surface materials. Leather, carbon fibre or black high gloss paint can be chosen by the customer. Entertainment options in the Porsche Panamera models, refined by TECHART, do not limit the thrill of the road to the driver’s experience. Thus the TECHART Entertainment Kit W2 with two 7-inch displays, seamlessly integrated into the backrests of the front seats, provides entertainment in the back of the four-seater vehicle. Both screens are mounted in high-quality leather consoles. The TECHART Rear Centre Console Unit, which increases storage space in the back and features a 12-volt plug and integrated cup holders, can be ordered for the benefit of passengers in the Porsche Panamera models. A matching TECHART Rear Fold-Away Table is also available.
