-Assisting/overseeing paralegal and administration staff
with respect to legal matters of their clients and company governance/maintenance requirements under the supervision of senior lawyers;
-Assisting senior lawyers with legal projects including liquidations, redomiciliations, restructuring work.
-the position is ideal for lawyers seeking a corporate career and exposure/training in various aspects of corporate legal workNumber of persons required:1Qualifications required:-LLB from a UK university;
-at least 1 year membership in the Cyprus Bar Association;
-excellent command of the English and Greek language, both written and spoken;
-LLM or other study in corporate law or in a related subject shall be considered an advantage;
-Good organisational skills; team spirit, ability to prioritise, pleasant yet dynamic personality; ability to adhere to deadlines and attention to detail are essential.Other requirements:N/ALocation(s):LimassolEmployment conditions:Full Time
