Cyprus Fiduciary Association 02 May 2012 – First Official Event

The first official event of the Cyprus Fiduciary Association was successfully carried out on Wednesday, 2nd of May 2012, at Amathus Beach Hotel in Limassol.

The event commenced with short speeches by the President of the Association Mr George Savvides, the Registrar of Companies and Official

Receiver Mr Spyros Kokkinos, the Vice-President of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission Mr Andreas Andreou, and the Senior Officer of the Ministry of Finance Mr Kikis Paphites. A great number of governmental and private bodies, financial and banking institutions as well as fiduciary providers, who honoured the event with their presence, had the opportunity to express their opinions and suggestions on the latest developments in the fiduciary sector and submit their questions to the Board of Directors during the Questions & Answers session that followed the initial speeches. Upon conclusion of the discussion, a cocktail reception took place on behalf of the Association’s Board of Directors.
The first official event of the Cyprus Fiduciary Association was sponsored by the Bank of Cyprus, Laiki Bank, Barclays Wealth and Eurobank EFG.
