engaging technical content? 3CX is looking for a talented Technical Content Writer who will be responsible for creating and writing admin and user documentation, including manuals, how-to guides, cheat sheets for support staff and resellers, blog posts and videos.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualities and experience:

- Native English speaker with an excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- An understanding of VoIP and telecommunications technology.
- Has the technical aptitude necessary to quickly come up to speed on VoIP,& SIP technology.
- Knowledge and passion for IT.
- Can learn and absorb technical material quickly.
- Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
- Has a keen knowledge of networks and their infrastructure, router and firewall configuration experience as well as Windows Desktop and Server Operating Systems knowledge.
- Can start a project from scratch or jump into existing projects.
