The Food & Beverage Manager in Paphos (Minthis Hills Resort) will have commercial accountability for planning, organising and directing all food and beverage operations and services. The candidate will take a strategic overview to deliver a standard of service and presentation that exceeds clients’ needs and expectations.
Position Responsibilities:

To maintain, develop and improve image

of all the Food & Beverage outlets in terms of customer-service, quality of food and beverage and dining ambienceTo organize, supervise and control all catering outlets in the Clubhouse, and ensure that they meet required standards of excellenceTo Manage Food &Beverage budgets by rigorous control of costTo achieve sales and profit targets

Necessary Qualifications:

University degree in hotel management or business managementMinimum 3 years experience in a similar roleExcellent knowledge of Greek and English both written and oralExcellent Computer Skills, MS Office, Internet & Outlook ExpressAnalytical and problem solving skills
