Tsitsipas Seeks "Reinvention" After Disappointing Season

Greektennis star Stefanos Tsitsipas is aiming for a fresh start in 2025after a disappointing season that saw him drop out of the world's top10. 

Thetwo-time Grand Slam finalist, currently ranked 11th, admitted tofeeling "stuck in a pattern" and is looking to "reinventhimself" both on and off the court.

"I'mlooking for a fresh,

new 2025," Tsitsipas stated. "Thatdoesn't mean suddenly just start winning everything. It's just to seea trajectory of constant improvement in all fields in my career, butalso in my outside life... I want to have stability in my life."

Tsitsipas,who begins his season at the United Cup mixed team event in Perth,acknowledged that being outside the top 10 for the first time since2019 might take some pressure off. 

However,he also sees it as an opportunity to accumulate points and buildmomentum.

The26-year-old had a challenging 2024 season, with his only title wincoming at the Monte Carlo Masters. He has also parted ways with hisfather, Apostolos, as his coach.

Tsitsipasis hoping to use the United Cup as preparation for the AustralianOpen, where he reached the final in 2023. With a renewed focus and adesire for stability, he aims to regain his top form and climb backup the rankings in the new year.
